March 23^rd, the Company Party Committee held 2018 work conference in Quanzhou office building.

The Company Party Committee leaders Mr. Chen Xiaobo, Mr. Yang Hongbin, Mr. Chen Feishan, Mr. Lin Xu and Mr. Zhao Tianxing attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Yang Hongbin, the deputy secretary of Company Party Committee, the secretary of Company Discipline Inspection Commission and the chairman of Labor Union.

At the meeting, Mr. Chen Xiaobo, the Secretary of the Company Party Committee, on behalf of the Party Committee, made a work report on “deeply carrying out the 19^th National Congress spirit, strengthening Party self-discipline in depth and providing a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of the Company in the new period”. The report briefly reviewed the work of Company Party Committee in 2017 from six aspects: strict Party management, grass-roots Party construction, cadre team construction, Party style and integrity, ideological and political propaganda, harmonious and happy new Fulian; and made deployment of the key work in 2018. The first was to deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's new socialist ideology of Chinese characteristics and the spirit of the 19^th National Congress to promote the Company’s high quality development in the new period; the second was to strengthen the Party's political construction, and earnestly strengthen Party self-discipline in depth; the third was to strengthen the construction of the cadre and talent teams and provide strong support for the development; the fourth was to strengthen the work of the Party building at the grass-roots level and build a strong battle fortress; and the fifth was to strengthen the construction of clean and honest Party and anti-corruption work so as to create positive political ecology for cultivating career; the sixth was to strengthen ideological and political publicity, and gather the positive energy for enterprise development; the seventh was to strengthen the construction of the harmonious and happy new Fulian and to create a harmonious and stable development environment.

Mr. Chen Xiaobo expected that, under the good guidance of the Sinopec Group Company Party Group and Fujian Provincial Party Committee, we could stick together to perform work practically and steadily with the high spirit and morale and full enthusiasm, so as to complete the annual targets, and provide a strong guarantee for quality development of the Company in the new period.

Mr. Shi Zhicheng and Mr. Han Xiaohong, secretaries of the Party branch of Olefin Business Team and Polyolefin Business Team, Mr. Gan Yifeng, deputy director of the Discipline Inspection Commission (Supervision Office) in FPCL and Ms. Lin Yali, the Secretary of general Party branch of Fuyuan Company made speeches for exchanges of experience sharing.

The Company Party Committee issued the responsibility letters for the grass-roots party organization's objectives and public access stability to the general Party branches and directly subordinate Party branches.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Yang Hongbin made a summary speech. He put forward the following four requirements: first, deeply comprehend the spirit of the meeting, strengthen the sense of urgency, responsibility and mission for the whole year; second, carry out the work, clarify the concrete measures and work schedules, and assign the responsibility to every employee; third, carry out Party building activities integrating the key focuses, promote Party building efficiency and facilitate the Company to achieve high quality development; fourth, implement the current key work from four dimensions of safety, development, management and integrity.

More than 140 grassroot general Party branch (Party branches) secretaries, Party member representitives, and responsible persons of functional departments and business teams attended the meeting. (Zhang Lei)
