Since the founding of the joint venture in 2007, FREP has been forging ahead and overcoming difficulties while playing the advantages of the integrated plant and promoting the market-based mechanism of production, operation and management. The Company has been working on continuous challenges for higher profitability through making optimizations, reducing costs and tapping potentials, and improved the development quality and profitability significantly. As Fujian Refining & Ethylene Integrated Project was constructed and put into operation, followed by smooth implementation of the Steam Cracker Debottleneck Project, the Alkylation Unit Project and many other projects, the overall strength and capacity of the Company has stepped up to a new level, which has returned the shareholders and contributed to local economic and social development.  

Worked hard in the past 15 years, and started a new journey today onwards. We hope FREP could face up to the severe situation of the rapidly changing business environment, prepare for a new round of opportunities and challenges, build on past achievements and strive for new progress on the journey toward a world-class petrochemical company with sustainable competitiveness.
