On September 14, the second round of expert guidance service group from the Production Safety Committee Office of the State Council in key counties concerning hazardous chemicals visited the Company to inspect and guide production safety work.

This inspection focused on safety risk and potential hazard identification of Butadiene Unit. The Inspection Group conducted field inspection in Central Control Room, Butadiene Unit, butadiene spherical tank farm, loading station, etc. by the three disciplines of fitter/ electrical/ instrument, process management and safety management, and reviewed in detail the situation of field instrument operation, management of changes, process management, and field works.

The Expert Group commented on the inspection results, and communicated in depth with relevant management personnel of the Company on the issues identified during the inspection.

For the problems identified in this inspection, the Company would take actions to rectify immediately, draw inference to other cases, and continue to improve detail management, as well as field standardization and equipment management level, to further implement the primary responsibility of the Company for production safety.
