The Company Held Youth Potentials Improvement Training


On September 21, the opening ceremony of Phase-1 of the Sunrise Program, the youth potentials improvement training of the Company, was held in Fulian Building.

Zhao Tianxing, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the Company, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. He commented that youth employees, be capable, passionate and energetic, were the future and the driving force for development of the Company. The Company prepared this training to cultivate youth employees' core competence from the early stage, help youth employees quickly grow into talents, shoulder greater responsibilities and make greater achievements.

In terms of development of youth employees, Zhao Tianxing commented that the youth employees should work hard at primary level organizations, with efforts on learning skills and good preparation in early stage of their career, they would go further. Second, the youth employees should set firm confidence and clear direction, make all out efforts towards the goal and forge ahead steadily. Third, the youth employees should make good career planning, integrate personal growth with the Company's development, and embark on the fast track of self-actualization.

Zhao Tianxing commented that in the rapid development stage of the Company, youth employees were expected to study hard, think hard, and continuously improve their comprehensive quality to contribute to the Company's all-round high-quality development.

Liu Xiangyang, Principal of the Education and Training Center of Sinopec Jiangsu Petroleum Exploration Bureau, the supplier of this training service, introduced the characteristics of this training. He said that they would adhere to the principles of targeted training, fine organization and good service, establish a positive class culture and a good learning atmosphere, and complete the training tasks up to high quality.

Yuan Huadong, General Manager of HR and Admin Department of the Company, briefly introduced the training program and mobilized for the opening of the course.

The 32 youth trainees were selected according to the nominations of functional departments that reviewed by HR& Admin Department.

During the training, the trainees also watched the photo exhibition of the 15 th anniversary of the joint venture formation to understand the development journey of FREP.
   

On September 25, the Company held a reporting meeting for the five-day youth potentials training – Phase-1 of the Sunrise Program. Yuan Huadong, General Manager of HR& Admin Department of the Company, and Yu Hu, secretary of the Party School Center of Jiangsu Oilfield, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, trainee representatives Wen Penghui and Liu Zhongkui reported the study results of the workshop on topics such as inheriting Sinopec tradition in the joint venture, improving team performance, reducing costs and increasing profit on the posts, analysis of the phenomenon of “involution” and “goofing off”, and self emotion management.

Cui Hongda, Zhu Xuekui and other representatives reported their learning experience in the past five days on behalf of their groups. They said that although this training session was short, they learned profoundly and benefited a lot.

Focusing on political awareness, international political situation, industry development trend and personal ability improvement, courses of the five-day training were highly informative.
