On October 28, the sixth congress of the Communist Youth League of FPCL and the second congress of the Communist Youth League of FREP were solemnly held. Gu Yuefeng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Chen Wenwei, member of the Standing Committee of Fujian Provincial Youth League Committee and Director of Youth Development Department, attended the meeting for guidance and delivered a speech.

Gu Yuefeng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, expressed warm congratulations on the opening of the congress on behalf of the Party Committee of the company, and extended sincere greetings to the young employees and members of the Communist Youth League of the company. He hoped that all Youth League members be politically competent, proficient, hardworking and contribute to the high-quality development of the company in the new era. The Youth League organizations at all levels should focus on core work, cultivate successors with strong political faith and great capability; strengthen the construction of the Youth League organizations and continuously enhance their political, advanced and mass nature. Party organizations at all levels should deepen Party building to drive Youth League building, and increase support to the work of the labor union and Youth League organizations.

Gu Yuefeng required that the youths should conscientiously learn the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on youth work, especially General Secretary Xi Jinping’s congratulatory letter to the 13^th Plenary Session of Committees of All China Youth Federation and the 27^th Conference of All-China Students’ Federation, consciously integrate our personal future into the high quality development of the company in the new era, and strengthen faith and forge ahead bravely, and make joint and unremitting efforts to make FPCL stronger and greater!

Chen Wenwei, member of the Standing Committee of Fujian Provincial Communist Youth League Committee and Director of Youth Development Department, delivered a speech on behalf of Fujian Provincial Communist Youth League Committee. He pointed out that the Youth League at all levels of FPCL should strengthen political guidance and guide youths of the company to firmly follow the ideals and beliefs of the Party; should focus on integrating into the core work and play the role of the League in improving the core competitiveness of the company; should be based on reform and innovation, enhance the cohesion and competitiveness of the Youth League of the company. He hoped that the Youth League Committee of FPCL would conscientiously implement the requirements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the provincial Party Committee and the company's Party Committee for the work of the Communist Youth League, follow the unified deployment of the League, clearly understand the situation, clarify the tasks, work hard in solid manner, make great efforts, continuously create a new situation for the work of the Communist Youth League of the company, and unite/ lead the Youth League members of the company to strive for the goal of "building a new FPCL featured with innovation, development, harmony and happiness".

Fang Quanyu, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the company, made a report entitled "Firmly Follow the Party, Forge Ahead in the New Era, Unite and Lead the Youth League Members to Contribute to the High Quality Development of the Company in the New Era".

The congress reviewed and approved the work reports of the 5^th Committee of FPCL and the 1^st Committee of FREP, and founded the new Youth League Committee through election: Fang Quanyu, Shi Qinghua, Lin Mingbin, Feng Zhe, Li Weijia, Zhang Lichen, Zhong Haicheng, Huang Chaofeng, Wen Penghui.

Leaders of Quanzhou Municipal Youth League Committee and Quangang Youth League District Committee, management personnel of relevant departments of the company, and some secretaries of general Party branches and Party branches attended the meeting.
