President Joost Emmen Visited the Production Skills Hands-on Training Base for Research and Guidance


"Does the training follow safety practice and standard?" "What are the training contents?" "How did the trainees respond?"

On the afternoon of September 21, Joost Emmen, President of the company, and Yang Hongbin, Deputy Secretary of the Company Party Committee, Secretary of the Company Discipline Inspection Commission and Chairman of the Company Labor Union, visited the production skills training base of the company, listened to the reports of relevant disciplines, asked about the construction situation of the base and the training progress of new employees, and inquired about the curriculum and safety measures in detail.

Joost Emmen appreciated the hard work of the personnel involved in the training base construction, and affirmed the accomplishments the base had made in a short time. He said that people have make admirable efforts and impressive accomplishment in changing a set of idle unit to a high-standard training base. He hope relevant people could make persistent efforts and innovations bravely, spread safety concepts, optimize training courses, and improve training methods, so as to continuously provide talents for the company's high-quality development in the new era. He required that the training must be in line with the actual production of the plant, guide the employees to develop good operating habits, and lay a solid foundation for future development.

Yang Hongbin commented that safety was the foundation of sustainable development of the company. We should give full play to safety leadership, intervene in unsafe behaviors, apply safety concept throughout the whole process of training, make safety rooted in the hearts of employees, and realize the change from "I’m required to be safe" to "I want safety". He pointed out that the company attached great importance to employees training, and hoped the training base to keep pace with the times, explore and carry out training management innovation based on actual situation, and provide training that are welcomed by employees and satisfied by Business Teams.

During the research, Joost Emmen and Yang Hongbin communicated with the employees under training, encouraged them to cherish the learning opportunities, study hard, ask questions, and make progress step by step.

In front of the two Osmanthus fragrans, after learning the implication of the trees, Joost Emmen said happily, "I hope they grow higher and stronger."

Joost Emmen and Yang Hongbin also attended the graduation ceremony of the "master and apprentice" in the employee innovation studio and witnessed the signing of new "master and apprentice" arrangement.
