In the Double Ninth Festival in lunar September, the autumn was cool and cozy. On the afternoon of October 22, the company held a forum on the Double Ninth Festival of the retiree club to further promote the traditional virtues of Chinese nation to respect, honor and care the aged. The forum was chaired by Yuan Huadong, General Manager of HR & Admin Department.

Lin Xu, member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the company, gathered with more than 60 retired employees to celebrate the Double Ninth Festival and reminisce about friendship and talk about development.

At the forum, Lin Xu made a passionate speech. First of all, he extended his holiday greetings and best wishes to the retired employees. After informing the representatives of the retired employees of the company's production and operation situation, he expressed his heartfelt thanks and high respect for the retired employees' contributions to the development of the company, as well as their active support and cooperation in the company's efforts in pandemic prevention and control.

Lin Xu hoped that, first, everyone should understand and support the implementation and enforcement of relevant national policies, especially the socialized management of retirees; second, he sincerely hoped that retired employees would continue to give full play to their energy, actively care for, support and participate in the company's production, operation, future development and construction, so as to make new contributions to the company's high-quality development; third, retired employees should balance work and rest, exercise appropriately, have scientific diet, and maintain good health to achieve happy life and family happiness.

At the forum, Yuan Huadong explained and publicized the policy of socialized management of the retired employees.

Li Gang, director of the Party & Union Department, delivered a speech on the festival, wishing all retired employees a happy Double Ninth Festival, good health, happiness of the whole family and everything goes well.

Zhang Jianzhong, the person in charge of the retiree club of the company, reported the development work of the retiree club and explained the next step work plan.

The forum was held in a warm and happy atmosphere. The representatives of the retired employees were hale and happy. They listened to the briefing of the company management and gave warm applause from time to time. They were happy and excited for the achievements made by FREP, and put forward hopes and suggestions.
