Ma Yongsheng, General Manager of Sinopec Group and Deputy Secretary of Sinopec Leading Party Members’ Group Visited Fujian for Research

From April 25 to 27, Ma Yongsheng, General Manager of Sinopec Group and Deputy Secretary of Sinopec Leading Party Members’ Group, visited Sinopec companies in Fujian for research and participated in the contract signing ceremony. He required deeply learning and implementing the spirit of the important speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping during his research in Fujian, and implementing the decisions and deployment of the Leading Party Members’ Group of Sinopec Group, improving political level, shouldering major responsibilities, seizing major opportunities, actively integrating into local economic and social development, promoting high quality development of the company, and making new and greater contributions to build a world leading clean energy and chemical company and work hard to write a new chapter of Fujian of the modern socialist country.

During his research in Fujian, Ma Yongsheng participated in the forum held by the State Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and Fujian Province on project cooperation of key state-owned enterprises and gave a speech. He also met with Yin Li, Secretary of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee, and Wang Ning, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee and Governor of Fujian Province. The two sides commented that they would deepen exchanges and cooperation, jointly promote the construction and development of Sinopec projects in Fujian, and realize win-win cooperation. On behalf of Sinopec Group, Ling Yiqun, Deputy General Manager of Sinopec Group, signed the Framework Agreement on Further Strengthening Industrial Cooperation with Fujian Province, and participated in the field research of Fujian PEC Group.

During the research, Ma Yongsheng successively visited Lianpan gas station of Fujian PEC Group, Huang Xiaobin Labor Model Safety Innovation Studio, exhibition hall, central control room of FREP and Gulei refining and chemical integrated project, visited the front-line employees, inquired about the Party building, production and operation and development planning of the enterprises in detail, inspected the construction and planning of the projects on site, and listened to work reports of FPCL, Gulei and Fujian PEC Group. He emphasized that we should make further efforts, seize the historical opportunities of upgrading the industry in Fujian Province during the 14th-Five Year Plan period, actively integrate into local strategies, firmly adhere to integrated development direction, continuously improve sustainable profitability, promote high-level joint venture and cooperation, and work hard to create a new situation of high-quality development. Be brave in exploring and practice, attach great importance to reform and innovation, insist on “bold” reform and "fast" innovation, and give full play to the breakthrough/ leading role of reform and supporting/ guiding role of innovation. Strengthen the awareness of hardship, attach great importance to production safety, promote green development, keep preventing and controlling pandemic, and effectively prevent and remove risks. Take the opportunity of learning and education of the Party’s history, vigorously inherit the good tradition, focus on improving political ability, the Party building of joint venture, and the prevention and control of corruption risks, strive to advance first in the Party building work, and promote the high-quality development with high-quality Party building.
