The unveiling ceremony of Zhang Zhaohong National Exemplary Labor Model and Craftsman-type Talent Innovation Studio was held on the morning of March 25.

Lu Mingqi, member of the Leading Party Members’ Group of Fujian Federation of the Labor Unions and Director of the Economic Audit Committee, Yang Fei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of Discipline Inspection Committee of the company, attended the unveiling ceremony. Sun Qin, Director of Labor and Economic and Technical Work Department of Fujian Federation of the Labor Unions, Jiang Yongqing, Vice Chairman of Quanzhou General Labor Union, Ke Minghao, Deputy District Director of Quangang, Xie Xianneng, Director of Labor and Economic and Technical Work Department of Quanzhou Federation of the Labor Unions, Liu Zongqiang, Vice Chairman of the Labor Union of Quanzhou District, Li Gang, Vice Chairman of the Labor Union and Director of the Party and Union Department of the company, and Li Ji, General Manager of Mechanical Department, attended the ceremony.

Lu Mingqi, Yang Fei, Jiang Yongqing and Ke Minghao jointly unveiled Zhang Zhaohong National Exemplary Labor Model and Craftsman-type Talent Innovation Studio.

At the unveiling ceremony, Lu Mingqi congratulated Zhang Zhaohong Labor Model Innovation Studio on being awarded National Exemplary Labor Model and Craftsman-type Talent Innovation Studio.

Lu Mingqi commented that Model Worker and Craftsman-type Talent Innovation Studio was an important platform for vigorously promoting the spirit of Model Worker, craftsmanship, giving full play to the model and leading role of Model Worker and craftsman, encouraging and guiding all employees to actively participate in mass innovation activities. He hoped that Zhang Zhaohong Model Worker Innovation Studio would continuously work hard to build a team of high-quality workers with knowledge, skills and innovative spirit, and make greater contributions to the development of petrochemical industry in Fujian Province.

After the unveiling ceremony, Lu Mingqi, accompanied by Yang Fei and other leaders, visited Zhang Zhaohong Model Worker Innovation Studio and Huang Xiaobin Model Worker Safety Innovation Studio.

Lu Mingqi listened to the reports of Zhang Zhaohong and Huang Xiaobin about the establishment and development, project tackling, process technology innovation, skill inheritance and demonstration and leadership of the Model Worker Innovation Studios, and highly affirmed the company for establishing the Model Worker Innovation Studios.

Zhang Zhaohong Model Worker Innovation Studio was founded in November 2013. The studio had four discipline groups, i.e. instrument group, static equipment comprehensive maintenance group, electrical group and rotating equipment group, with 70 members in total. Relying on its professional advantages, the studio actively carried out innovation and profit improvement activities. From 2017 to 2019, 25 innovation and profit improvement achievements won provincial level awards.

Zhang Zhaohong Model Worker Innovation Studio expressed that it would cherish the honor, continuously play the leading and model role of the model workers and the craftsman, promote the improvement of the workforce quality and make greater contributions to the all-round high-quality development of the company.
