On April 7, Li Yangzhe, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee, Secretary of Provincial Discipline Inspection Committee and Director of the Provincial Supervision Commission, visited FREP to carry out the research on learning and implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches during his research in Fujian and the "further learning, researching and implementing" activity deployed by the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee.

The research was accompanied by Fu Zangrong, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Quanzhou Municipal Committee, Secretary of the Municipal Discipline Inspection Committee and the acting Director of the Municipal Supervision Commission; Huang Wensheng, Secretary of the CPC Quanzhou District Committee; Chen Shalong, Director of Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park. Lin Xu, Vice President of the company, and Yang Fei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of the company accompanied the research.

Li Yangzhe and his delegation inspected Huang Xiaobin Labor Model Safety Innovation Studio, the exhibition hall, CCR2 and production area, and inquired about the Party building work of the joint venture in detail, as well as how the company conduct in-depth activities of the Party building, further play the exemplary vanguard role of Party members and the function of Party branches as the battle fortress, and obtain recognition and affirmation of foreign parties.

In CCR2, Li Yangzhe shook hands with the employees on duty and asked about centralized control, crude oil procurement and storage, and had in-depth exchange with the company management and discipline personnel on integrating the petrochemical enterprise into the new development pattern, deepening supply side structural reform and adhering to independent innovation.

Li Yangzhao also inquired about production and operation, process flow, product quality, market development and future development of the company in detail. He commented that Quanzhou had active private-owned enterprises and a great market, which facilitated the extension of downstream petrochemical industry chain. There were many business opportunities and the enterprises should understand how to catch the golden opportunities. He hoped FREP to be good at catching opportunities, working on master plan, speeding up the development based on operation situations and market demands, and make greater contributions to compose Fujian Chapter in the all-round construction of a modern socialist country.
