The Company Held a Youth Employee Forum
On the afternoon of May 8, the company held a youth employee forum. Vice President Lin Xu and Vice President Zhao Tianxing attended the meeting and delivered speeches.
Lin Xu introduced the main business of the company at current stage, and the development planning of the company of the 14th Five-year Plan period. He said that youth employees should be confident in the development of the company, strive to improve their competitiveness, be good at learning deeply and thoroughly, and grow up to talents as soon as possible. Carrying forward the spirit of hard working, think less about personal gains and losses, and dedicate more to work. Be more patient and less impetuous, down to earth rather than pretension.
Zhao Tianxing introduced the advantages of system management, operation system, development and talents of the company. He commented that youth employees should be calm, keep a good morale, stick to the posts, learn to think and work skillfully, have clear positioning for themselves, continuously adjust self expectations, manage self orientation, seize opportunities and realize dreams.
At the meeting, Yuan Huadong, General Manager of HR & Admin Department introduced the background of the forum and shared the status quo of youth employee on-post learning, people succession and new development in the future. He encouraged youth employees to accelerate their learning and growth, start from the frontline, work in a down-to-earth manner, practice skills and take on major roles.
