On the morning of July 25, the Company held the third meeting of HSSE Committee of 2022. OOP, general managers of all departments and relevant personnel attended the meeting.

The completion of HSSE KPIs in 2Q 2022, HSSE work report, the rectification of laws and regulations review gaps and the monthly personal safety plan of main responsible person were reviewed at the meeting. The completion status of 2022 HSSE plan, the progress of the Three-year Production Safety Action Plan and the results of the Pump/ motor Special Inspection were reported at the meeting.

The meeting commented that all-out efforts shall be made to complete the Three-year Production Safety Action Plan, and facilitate the closure of the open gaps strictly as per the schedule. Great importance shall be attached to potential safety hazards follow-up and rectifications, with strict verification on the effectiveness of the gap closure measures. Pay attention to production safety in summer, and make adequate preparations against heatstroke, equipment aging, extreme weather, lightning and flood. Focus on field safety of new hires and new contractors, and make more efforts to improve their safety awareness during training. Effectively manage the change of contractors, and establish and improve management and accountability mechanism for field safety observation. Carry out discipline management in details against corrosion and leak, and strengthen production and operation skills training of front-line workers, so as to fundamentally reduce the number of reliability incidents.

At the meeting, it was emphasized that the 20^th National Congress of CPC was about to be convoked, and all departments and Business Teams shall improve ideological and political awareness, stay on high alert for production safety, take effective measures to promote better implementation of production safety work in the Company.
