In the afternoon of August 2, the Company carried out a training session for the assessment of Control Integrity Management System (CIMS).

Vice president Zhao Tianxing, lead of the assessment group, attended the training and delivered a speech. He commented that the training session would enable better understanding on CIMS, as well as the assessment process and skills, thusly the assessors would timely identify problems and formulate high-quality assessment reports.

A total of 33 members of the assessment group and the control representatives of all departments participated in the training in Quanzhou and Quangang via teleconference.

On August 23, the closing meeting of CIMS assessment was held in Quanzhou and Quangang via teleconference. OOP affirmed the results of this CIMS assessment, and thanked all the members of the assessment group. The assessment group was required to supplement and improve the assessment report, and the consults/ administrators of CIMS elements were expected to prepare gap closure plans and specific measures against the gaps identified.  

In August, the Company would carry out the second CIMS assessment, to timely identify gaps and improvement opportunities. As one of the key links in CIMS assessment plan, the training was scheduled two weeks before field assessment, so as to set aside enough time for the assessment group to understand and review the system documents and assessment process, and lay a solid foundation for a successful assessment.
