The Company Held the Closing Ceremony of Personal Efficiency Improvement Training Program


On the morning of August 8, the Company held the closing ceremony of the Personal Efficiency Improvement Training Program in Technology Conference Hall.

The Company management Saleh Yahya Al Zaid, Zhao Tianxing, Lin Xu and Yang Fei attended the ceremony.

President Saleh Yahya Al Zaid congratulated the trainees on their successful graduation. He commented that the purpose of the Personal Efficiency Improvement Training Program was to help the trainees to get the tools of learning and improvement. The statue in front of the Technology Conference Hall was very interesting. The plane was like a tool in our hands, and only by mastering skills can we fly the plane into the blue sky. The career path was the same, i.e. only by correctly using the tools we learned in work can we go further.

Saleh Yahya Al Zaid hoped the trainees to further improve their personal ability, proactively use the tools learned and share the tools with their colleagues for joint progress and growth, and make greater contributions to the Company’s development.

Zhao Tianxing, vice president of the Company and deputy secretary of the Company Party Committee, affirmed the achievements of the Personal Efficiency Improvement Training Program. He commented that personal efficiency improvement was a process from idea to action and from action to being better. After two years of training and learning, all have made big progress, not only individual improvement but also reinforced teamwork.

Zhao Tianxing commented that although the Program was completed, it meant a new starting point. The trainees were expected to bear the mindset firmly in mind, and influence their colleagues while deeply applying the tools learned, thusly to better and widely use the tools in daily work.

Zhao Tianxing stressed that attention shall be paid on work methods and effective communication, to advance work smoothly and promote the whole organization to be more efficient and effective.

Vice president Lin Xu commented that the trainees made great progress through systematic learning. He congratulated the trainees and expected them to use what they have learned in daily work, set clear target and plan in advance, track work process and verify results. The trainees were expected to practice teamwork spirit with effective communication, clear thinking and smooth cooperation. The trainees were encouraged to fully understand business situation and correlation, and improve the directed focus and effectiveness of work.

Yang Fei, deputy secretary of the Company Party Committee, secretary of the Company Discipline Inspection Commission and chairman of the Company Labor Union, hoped the trainees to improve efficiency, transform knowledge into code of conduct and concrete actions in work. The trainees were expected to continuously learn, and work hard to persistently improve ability. The trainees were encouraged to get ready, and capture the opportunities of the Company’s business development to improve oneself and become talent. He required the Party and Union organizations at all levels of the Company to play a better role in helping the growth of youth employees through carrying out useful, interesting and effective activities.

The Company management and departmental management personnel gave awards to the outstanding class cadres and trainees.

At the meeting, Lai Zengyi of Metals Group of Mechanical Department shared his experience in preparing PPT, and Meng Lingyan of HSE Department spoke on behalf of the outstanding trainees.

Including courses like structured thinking, time management, effective communication skills, office, problem solving, meeting management, official document writing and speeches in public, the Personal Efficiency Improvement Training Program lasted two years, and 46 face-to-face sessions were delivered to six classes of more than 240 youth employees of the Company.
