On the morning of February 13, the Company's Chairman and Party Committee Secretary Zhang Xiguo, Acting President Lin Xu, Deputy Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Labor Union Yang Fei, Vice Presidents Li Ji and Tan Lay Koon led two separate teams to visit the production frontline. Zhang Xiguo, Li Ji, and Tan Lay Koon visited employees on duty at Mechanical Department, the New Central Control Room, Electrical Operation Module, Technology & Planning Department, and Terminal, presenting them with holiday gifts. At each location, the managements warmly waved, shook hands with, and greeted the staff.

Upon arriving at Mechanical Department's office area, Zhang Xiguo extended New Year greetings to everyone and expressed hope that in the new year, greater efforts would be made to strengthen equipment management and ensure stable operations.

At the consoles of Olefins, PO, Utilities, and Fuels-1 Business Teams, Zhang Xiguo engaged in cordial conversations with business team leaders and post operators, gaining a detailed understanding of the production operations. He encouraged everyone to operate with meticulous care, optimize operation, and ensure safe and stable production during the holiday period.

In the central control operation area of Olefins Business Team, Zhang Xiguo held in-depth discussions with business team management personnel, inquiring earnestly about unit load. He expressed hope for further strengthening management, maintaining safe and stable operations, enhancing units' marginal contribution, and leveraging its role as the main force in driving up the Company's profitability.

At the console of PO Business Team, Zhang Xiguo emphasized the need to closely align with market demand and develop and produce new high-end polyolefin products, injecting strong momentum into efforts aimed at improving quality and profitability.

At the console of Fuels-I Business Team, Zhang Xiguo encouraged the Business Team to seize market opportunities for sulfur products, striving to enhance economic benefits while ensuring safe operations.

At the New Main Substation, Zhang Xiguo and other leaders warmly shook hands with on-duty personnel, showing concern for staffing arrangements during the Spring Festival. They encouraged everyone to strengthen on-duty during the Spring Festival, particularly rounds inspection on external lines of the plant area. Where conditions permit, they suggested implementing drone-based rounds inspections to firmly secure the safe line of defense.

At the Engineer Building, Zhang Xiguo called on the engineers to focus on the Company's key areas to tap potential and enhance profitability, tackle critical projects through project sponsor mechanism, and effectively improve economic indicators.

At Liyuwei Terminal, Zhang Xiguo gained a detailed understanding of the berthing operations and product delivery by marine transportation, reminding employees to strictly adhere to safe operation standards and celebrate the Spring Festival safely and joyfully.

Lin Xu and Yang Fei, along with their delegation, visited Product Quality Center, Old Central Control Room, Fire Brigade, EOEG Business Team, and other organizations to extend their regards to the employees on duty. At each location, the managements shook hands with every on-duty employee, offering heartfelt New Year blessings and wishing them and their families good health and all the best in the new year.

At Product Quality Center, Lin Xu, Yang Fei, and their delegation shook hands one by one with the employees who stayed at their posts during the holiday, exchanging New Year greetings and festive wishes. Lin Xu stated that in the new year, Product Quality Center must strictly control product quality and contribute to enhancing the Company's quality and profitability.

In the Central Control Room of the old plant area, Lin Xu communicated with employees from the Fuels-2 Business Team and Offsites Business Team. He expressed the expectation that in the new year, operational control capabilities would be improved, and the safe, stable, long-term, full-load and optimal operations of units realized.

Lin Xu and Yang Fei, along with their delegation, visited Aromatics Business Team to extend their greetings. They fully affirmed the outstanding performance of the Aromatics Complex, which ranked among the top in Sinopec, thanked the Business Team for their contributions to improving the Company's profitability in 2025, and expressed hope that in the new year, the Business Team would maximize the output of PX and pure benzene, holding onto the "cash cow."

At Fire Brigade, the firefighters were in high spirits and morale as well as orderly formation. Lin Xu encouraged the firefighting soldiers to intensify training and preparedness, build an iron firefighting force, enhance vigilance, and nip problems in the bud, thereby safeguarding the Company's work safety.

Lin Xu and Yang Fei, along with their delegation, visited EOEG Business Team’s Central Control Room in the Petrochemical Industrial Park to extend their regards. Lin Xu pointed out that the current ethylene glycol market is promising, and it is essential to implement a market-oriented product strategy, dynamically optimize the production scheduling of ethylene glycol and ethylene oxide, and he hoped everyone would continue to maintain safe and stable operations, making new contributions to the Company's ongoing quality and profitability improvement initiatives.

Lin Xu and Yang Fei, along with their delegation, visited Linde-FPCL Gas Company Limited to inquire in detail about production operations and duty arrangements during the holiday.

Upon leaving the Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park, Lin Xu and Yang Fei, along with their delegation, also extended special New Year blessings to the security personnel who stayed at their posts.

During the visit, the Company's managements expressed that the development tasks for the new year are challenging.
