Company Managements Issued the 2026 Annual Target and Responsibility Letters to Business Teams


Gathering Strength to Embark on a New Journey, Striving with Determination to Scale New Heights. Shortly after the Spring Festival holiday, on February 26, the Company held a ceremony at the conference room in Quangang Office Building to issue the 2026 Annual Target and Responsibility Letters to business teams. This initiative aims to further clarify the tasks and objectives of business teams, strengthen assessment and incentive measures, and ensure the smooth advancement of key annual tasks.

Vice President Li Ji attended the meeting and presented the Target and Responsibility Letters to the managers of each business team.

Li Ji pointed out that the Target and Responsibility Letter is a set of work requirements proposed to each business team by the Company based on its overall operational objectives. Each business team should take the clear objectives as motivation for progress, firmly grasp and maintain the direction of action, further strengthen the awareness of objective-based responsibilities among business team members, and break down responsibilities and transfer them within business teams to ensure their implementation at every level, ensuring that "Heavy responsibilities for all, clear targets for each."

Li Ji emphasized that, amid increasingly fierce industry competition, the Company's overall operational targets for this year are challenging, with a greater emphasis on enhancing profitability. Each business team should, on the basis of ensuring safe and stable production, strengthen internal management, strictly control cost expenditures, tap into the potential of units, leverage the advantages of energy-saving projects, ensure that key tasks are thoroughly implemented, deepen initiatives to advance innovations and improve profitability, continuously consolidate and improve the results of initiatives to improve quality and profitability, reduce costs and expenses, and further strengthen the Company's core competitiveness.

Li Ji demanded that in the new year, each business team should recognize their shortcomings and strive for progress, look to distant goals and act diligently, shoulder their responsibilities firmly, work with clear plans, unite to overcome challenges, keep a close eye on problems without letting go, persist until results are achieved, and not retreat until objectives are met.
