On January 17, Eversun Holdings Group held its 2025 Supplier Conference in Fuzhou. FREP was honored as a "Gold Medal Partner" in recognition of its superior product quality and efficient, comprehensive service system.

This significant honor serves not only as encouragement, representing Eversun Holdings Group's recognition and trust in the Company's product quality control and reliable supply capabilities over the past seven years, but also as a responsibility. It motivates the Company to remain committed to prioritizing customers, continuously optimize service, and solidify the foundation of the partnership.

As a green new materials producer with a full industrial chain layout, Eversun Holdings Group has established an integrated industrial chain spanning from "benzene — caprolactam — nylon chips — nylon fibers — new materials." For six consecutive years, it has ranked first in China's civilian nylon filament production, maintaining stringent requirements for the reliability of feedstock supply and the stability of product quality.

As a Sino-foreign joint venture, FREP possesses production capacities of 10MTA refining, 1MTA SC and 1 MTA Aromatics. Coupled with internationally leading production processes and intelligent control systems, it ensures product quality from the source. This not only significantly reduces production losses and rework costs for Fujian Eversun Technology, a controlled company of Eversun Holdings Group, but also endows the end products with strong market competitiveness in core indicators such as strength and toughness, making them a "winning formula" for Fujian Eversun Technology to develop high-end customers and expand market share.

Taking petroleum benzene, a core product of cooperation, as an example, its purity remains consistently above 99.97% throughout the year, with key impurity contents such as sulfur and nitrogen controlled below 0.5 ppm. The product has achieved a 100% pass rate upon leaving the factory for seven consecutive years.

Behind this exceptional quality lies FREP's stringent quality control system that permeates the entire process. Starting from the feedstock procurement stage, a "dual inspection" mechanism has been established. All incoming crude oil must pass both third-party testing and the Company's own inspection to ensure the feedstock quality meets production requirements. During the production process, an online real-time monitoring system is introduced to conduct 24/7 uninterrupted surveillance of key indicators such as reaction temperature, pressure, and purity. Each batch of products must undergo comprehensive testing for 12 indicators and can only proceed to the next stage after meeting all standards. Before product delivery, a combined "sampling inspection + full inspection" verification system is implemented, with a team of quality inspection experts conducting the final review, resolutely preventing any off-spec products from entering the market.

This "zero-tolerance" attitude towards quality is particularly valuable during the industry's downturn. In recent years, despite facing significant production and operational pressures, FREP has consistently upheld its quality bottom line—refusing to lower feedstock procurement standards, compromise on production process parameters, or simplify quality inspection procedures. Even during critical periods of capacity allocation, the products supplied to Fujian Eversun Technology maintained stable quality performance, enabling the Company to better secure initiative in the downstream market.
