Lin Xu Visited Quanzhou Maritime Safety Administration Before the Spring Festival


On the eve of the upcoming Spring Festival of the Year of the Horse, on February 10, the Company's Acting President, Lin Xu, visited the Quanzhou Maritime Safety Administration to express gratitude for their long-term strong support to the Company's development and extended sincere New Year greetings in advance.

Lin Xu held discussions with Lin Chen, Director of the Quanzhou Maritime Safety Administration, introducing the Company's production and operations in 2025 and its development goals for the new year. He thanked the Quanzhou Maritime Safety Administration for providing precise policy guidance and efficient services during the large-scale maritime transportation of new products such as light cracking feedstock. He pointed out that as the beginning of the "15th Five-Year Plan" is underway, the Company will focus on high-quality development, accelerate green transformation and logistics system upgrades. He expressed hope to deepen cooperation with the Quanzhou Maritime Safety Administration in areas such as smart ports and green shipping, jointly building a safe, efficient, and low-carbon new ecosystem for ports and shipping.

Lin Chen extended a warm welcome to Lin Xu's visit and expressed gratitude for FREP's long-standing cooperation and active support in maritime affairs. He noted that in recent years, the Quanzhou Maritime Safety Administration has advanced the development of "Smart Maritime" initiatives, providing comprehensive support to help the enterprises further reduce costs and improve profitability. As a key enterprise within the jurisdiction, FREP will continue to benefit from optimized service and support measures from the Quanzhou Maritime Safety Administration. The Administration is committed to supporting the Company in expanding its high-value-added product shipping business. Both parties look forward to strengthening cooperation during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period in areas such as high-quality ship selection, emergency coordination, and intelligent supervision, jointly contributing to the quality and profitability improvement initiatives of Quanzhou's port and shipping economy.

During the discussion, both sides exchanged views on topics such as shipping market trends, port development, and trade facilitation, engaging in in-depth and amicable exchanges that laid a solid foundation for future collaboration.
