The Company Commended Outstanding Contractors for 2025

On February 3, the Company held the 2025 Annual Conference for Commending Contractors. Vice Presidents Li Ji and Tan Lay Koon attended the conference and delivered speeches. Heads of relevant departments such as Mechanical Department and HSE Department, as well as representatives from contractors, participated in the conference.

Li Ji recognized the achievements in contractor management for 2025. He pointed out that over the past year, the Company and its contractors have worked side by side, collaborated to overcome challenges, successfully achieved safety and operational goals, and vividly embodied the striving spirit of "one family, one heart, striving together." Regarding the work for the new year, he emphasized three key requirements: first, deepen the concept that "the client and the contractor are one party", strengthen collaborative control, strictly manage processes, firmly uphold safety bottom lines, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes; second, focus on results of field practices, implement management requirements meticulously, and enhance the shared reputation through the quality of on-site work; third, fortify integrity defenses and build a clean and upright relationship between the owner and contractors. He stated that the flourishing development of Fujian's petrochemical industry will provide a broad stage for all contractors, and extended New Year's greetings to all attending representatives.

Tan Lay Koon expressed gratitude for the hard work of all contractors over the past year. She noted that this appreciation meeting has established an excellent platform for both sides to summarize experiences, exchange insights for improvement, and deepen cooperation, and expressed hope that this meeting would serve as an opportunity to further solidify the foundation of collaboration. She emphasized that all contractors should continuously strengthen the education and training of workers, reinforce safety risk awareness, and enhance emergency response capabilities and professional skills; they should proactively improve self-management abilities to meet the upgraded requirements for safety and environmental protection management under the new circumstances. She expressed hope that all contractors would continue to uphold the collaborative spirit of "one team, one goal," unite with focus, work diligently and steadfastly, and achieve new successes in the coming year to jointly promote development.

At the appreciation meeting, representatives from various contractors engaged in in-depth discussions on core topics such as safety control, quality improvement, and personnel management, sharing management experience and development insights. They unanimously expressed that through their collaboration with FREP, they have not only enhanced their professional capabilities and management expertise but also deeply recognized that only by dedicating themselves to meticulous work and fulfilling their responsibilities can they stand firm amid challenging market conditions.
