On October 11, 2011, a delegation led by Huang Shaoping, Vice-Secretary and Acting Mayor of Quanzhou City conducted a survey in FREP. Accompanied with FREP leaders such as Mr. Lu Dong, Chairman and President, the delegation led by Huang Shaoping visited the exhibition hall of the Integrated Project, CCR in the new plant area and plant site, being briefed on FREP production and operation; meanwhile, they had a meeting with FREP OOP regarding the next-step development planning of FREP and Quangang Petrochemical Base. Liu Weiguo, the standing member of Quanzhou Municipal Committee and Military Sub-Area Commander and Li Jianhui, member of Party Group of Quanzhou Municipal Government participated in the survey.
