On December 1st, 2011, the Supervision Group for Production Safety in National Key Areas of Hazardous Chemicals headed by Mr. Wang Haoshui, Director of Third Department in the State Administration of Work Safety paid a visit to FREP and carried out special supervision. 

FREP Chairman & President Mr. Lu Dong presented the reports on FREP safety works to the Supervision Group and the personnel from HSE Department briefed the Supervision Group on HAZOP reviews. The Supervision Group also looked up the tallies for Responsibility System for Production Safety and visited the process unit area to observe their operation. The Group fully affirmed such works carried out by FREP as taking strict HSE management, putting HSE into daily work, constantly implementing HAZOP review, improving the intrinsic safety of the units, attaching importance to safety education, cultivating the concept of “responsible corporate citizen”, and gave suggestions on and recommendations for handling the problems identified in the inspection. For these suggestions and recommendations, relevant department has organized the study and discussions and worked out the preliminary plan for rectification to constantly strengthen and improve the HSE management and HSE performance.
