On May 3, FREP held a thanks meeting for final release of shareholders guarantee for FREP project finance in Shanghai. All BOD directors of FREP, representatives of shareholders, representatives of some main syndication such as ICBC, CBC, Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China and Sinopec Finance Company, as well as Beijing King & Wood attended the meeting.

It is reported that FREP finished the first release of shareholders guarantee for project finance on Dec. 13, 2010. And only one year later, on Dec. 30, 2011, FREP met all conditions for final release and released all the shareholders guarantee.
