On August 28, 2012, FREP held the Kick-off Meeting of the Optimization and Profit improvement Project. Mr. Brian Ablett, Vice President of FREP, Mr. Saleh Zaid, General Manager of Technical & Planning Department, and Mr. George Bright, President of KBC, contractor of the Optimization and Profit improvement Project, and FREP members for the project attended the meeting. Mr. Brian Ablett gave an opening speech.

FREP Optimization and Profit improvement Project includes PIMS modeling, simulation process modeling and energy optimization.

On the meeting, KBC introduced the expected implementation progress of the project and personnel arrangement and would discuss with the project members on implementation details in the following week.

Through the implementation of the project, it can effectively improve the production and operation conditions of FREP and provide a strong technical support and a vast application platform for FREP’s optimization and profit improvement work.
