Promote Jinggang Spirit and Make Contributions to FREP Development
In September, FREP Party Committee organized three batches of excellent Party members and workers, led by Chen Xiaobo, secretary of the Party Committee and Yang Hongbin and Han Baolin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, to Jinggangshan to receive revolutionary traditional education.
The Party members visited Jinggangshan Memorial Hall of Revolutionary Martyrs, Revolutionary Museum and the Red Army Hospital with respect. Along the roads that the Red Army once walked on, they came to Huangyang Boundary that the Red Army defended with life. The revolutionary relics and remains at sight and the whistling of the wind in the pines from the continuous mountains seemed to tell a hard and bitter revolutionary history. Everyone read carefully the precious historical pictures and stories about revolutionary martyrs and listened carefully to tour descriptions. They sometimes stood in front of a picture for a long time, lost in thought.
The Party members also went to the Jinggangshan Cemetery of Revolutionary Martyrs to send wreaths to the martyrs and cherish the memory of the great achievements of our revolutionary martyrs in establishing Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base. Before the
In this revolutionary traditional education, Party members sang ten red songs on this red land with great enthusiasm including Chairman Mao is with Us, Red Star Guiding Me to Fight and Petroleum for My Mother Country and so on. This education activity not only gave Party members a baptism of the revolutionary spirit but also urged them to express their respect and admiring to Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base with different ways as well as respect to the martyrs.
This revolutionary traditional education activity gives Party members an opportunity to appreciate the revolutionary cultural landscapes and have a better understanding of the hard days during the war period in Jinggangshan, encourages them to carry out the work creatively on their posts, give full play to their roles as pioneers and models and make greater contributions to the scientific development of FREP.
