On Oct. 1, the company officially launched the “flawless operation” special labor competition. A competition leading group was formed, with Mr. Liu Yanchang Operation General Manager and Mr. Han Baolin Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of Labor Union acting as the group leaders, and the general managers of five departments including Process Department acting as vice leaders. The competition conducted the assessment from the aspects of stable operation, process indicators control, product quality, equipment maintenance and HSE etc., which are classified into 20 indicators in details. The competition leading group will go deep into the production units, master the competition trend timely, and carry out whole process tracking and assessment of the competition; they will make assessment, summary and reward on a quarterly basis.

It is reported that the “Flawless Operation” special labor competition is held to promote the company’s operation integrity management system (OIMS), improve the reliability and achieve flawless operation, so as to ensure the production units are operated in safe, smooth, long-term, full capacity and high quality manner, and avoid any production fluctuations caused by human flaw, which may have influence in product quality, and even cause unplanned shutdown and safety accident to production units. This competition activity is launched in eight business teams under Process Department jointly by Process Department, Technical & Planning Department, Mechanical Department, HSE and Office of Party Committee and Union.
