On the morning of February 8, the leaders of the Company, Lu Dong, Chen Xiaobo, Brian Ablett, Yang Hongbin, Han Baolin and Liu Yanchang personally visited the spring festival on-the-job staff at the first line of production and sent the New Year’s wishes to them.

Firstly, the leaders arrived in Lab Center and visited the staff on guard with the New Year's wishes. Then, they approached to the fire brigade of HSE Department to express the New Year’s greetings to all firefighters who are preparing for fight at the forefront of production during the spring festival to secure the Company, and hoped that all firefighters could do more exercises for securing the safe production of the Company and make more contributions in the new year.

In the Central Control Room of the old plant area, the leaders shook hands with staff on guard one by one with the New Year’s wishes. The speech of the New Year by Lu Dong presented that the whole Company in the past year adhered to the general requirement of “Optimization and Promotion” and worked well on “Five Key Focused Areas” to preferably complete each goal planned at the beginning of the year. The Company stayed in a state of safety, stability, up-and-up structure, effective management, improving efficiency and enhancing momentum. He hoped that all staff in the new year could carry out work in Five Key Focused Areas and prioritized tasks by taking the benefit as the focus and optimization as the means in a bid to enhance performance to a new stage and to make new contributions for the development of the Company.

Without a stop, the leaders came to the Central Control Room of the new plant area to visit the staff on guard with the new year's wishes and to express sincere thanks for arduous and unremitting efforts made by all staff into safe and stable production in 2012 which brought delightful results. It is hoped that all staff in the new year could be fixed on careful operation and maintain the safety and stability of units in a long-term operation as well as actively work well on energy conservation and cost reduction to promote the technical and economic indicators and to improve the management level.

The leaders of the Company also were present at the gasoline and diesel loading stations, new main substation building and Liyuwei Terminal to visit first-line staff on guard and particularly asked about the production and living situation of the staff everywhere they arrive with greetings from the senior management and the Party Committee of the Company.

The staff on guard during the festival was very grateful for the care from the leaders of the Company and indicated that they would work hard and do well on their duties to ensure the safe and stable production during the spring festival as well as make more contributions to the development of the Company.
