On the afternoon March 18, 2013, FREP and Linde-FPCL Gases Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Linde-FPCL Gases) held a Gas Products Sales Contract Signing Ceremony at Furui Hotel. Chairman and President Lu Dong, Vice President Abdullah H. Al Sebail, Vice President Brian Ablett, Dr. Ferdinand Kuehner, Linde Group Greater China Region Large Gas Development Business President, attended the signing ceremony. The signing ceremony was presided by Yang Hongbin, Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee, Trade Union Chairman of the Company, and Chairman of Linde-FPCL Gases.

In his remarks, President Lu Dong stated that as FREP’s supplier of gas products, Linde-FPCL Gases has fully guaranteed the stable supply of gases. The cooperation and win-win solution over the years have laid a solid foundation for the comprehensive development of the two parties in higher levels and wider fields in the future. The two parties have also created opportunities for new fields based on the existing cooperation. 3# ASU Contract has been signed to supply gas products for the new EO/EG unit in this background. The success of this project can not only create a platform for the leap style development of the company, but also can make greater contribution for the construction of the Chemical Park and the development of the local economy.

Dr. Ferdinand Kuehner stated that he was happy to witness the milestone in the two parties’ cooperation. It showed our success in the past and how we cooperated as partners. He also appreciated the efforts made by the two parties’ management teams to coordinate, discuss and sign a contract reflecting the interests of both parties, which has also laid a solid foundation for the cooperation and development in the future.

Vice President Abdullah H. Al Sebail and Linde-FPCL Gases General Manager Yang Mingying singed the Gas Products Sales Contract on behalf of the two parties.
