Mr. Lu Dong, FREP chairman of directors and president cordially received the delegation of ExxonMobil Downstream General Auditor Ms. Fern Starke at the Quanzhou New Office Building on the morning of April 12^th and talks were held between the guests and the host in a cordial and friendly atmosphere.

First of all, President Lu Dong welcomed Ms. Starke’s visit to the joint venture on behalf of the Office of President and then gave a brief introduction about the general situations in finance, internal audit and internal control of FREP ever since establishment of the joint venture. Additionally, President Lu Dong appreciated foreign and Chinese shareholders, including ExxonMobil, for their dispatching of excellent financial and internal control management staff to help the joint venture withstand risks and promote FREP sound development.

Ms. Starke expressed that she was very pleased to pay a visit to FREP to witness the good momentum in building and development of the joint venture and she was proud of the solidarity and cooperation of FREP Office of President and the endeavor and striving spirit of FREP all staffs and expected that all shareholders can further enhance cooperation for continuous improvement of the joint venture’s performance and benefits.

The delegation of Ms. Starke also reviewed FREP internal audit, briefing of internal control, 2013 supervisory plan and business process scheme, heard briefing about financing for project expansion as well as 2013 turnaround and ethylene debottleneck project and visited the central control room of the new plant area and the production unit area with high spirits.
