On the morning of July 11, 2013, the 2013 TA/Revamp Kick-off Meeting was held in the exhibition hall to arrange and deploy the TA/R work to be conducted. The staff of FREP was called for to agglomerate forces and come down to earth to do 2013 TA/revamp of any kind well, thus laying a solid foundation for completing the tasks in 2013.

The meeting pointed out that this TA was of tight schedule, highly centralized construction operation and synchronous construction of hidden danger elimination project , and infrastructure project, so the staff should prepare for this task and put forth efforts to implement safety & quality control responsibility, enhance the implementation of control management; to improve the work efficiency and optimize the construction organization and coordination; to plan as a whole and conduct multi-coordination; and put stability first and conduct whole-process control, so as to ensure the successful completion of the TA tasks.

Chairman and President Lu Dong made an important speech in the mobilization meeting and pointed out that this TA was the work of the toughest work and the largest risk in 2013 and also the first TA since the newly-established units of FREP was put into operation, concerning the completion of the production tasks of the company and the stable operation of the units of the next production cycle, so the staff and each construction unit should fully understand the significance of this TA/R; emphasize responsibility and implementation and effectively establish the staff responsibility management; highlight procedures and implementation and effectively strengthen the control management of the overall process; attach great importance to benefit and optimization and effectively ensure the balanced linkage of all links; unite all efforts and conduct real practice and solid work to safely and stably complete this TA/R task.

Vice President Brian Ablett emphasized that the process from production and TA/R should be of total involvement, each team should be of a goal and the understanding of TA should be further improved from the height of safe and stable development of the company; with an altitude of high responsibility for development of the company, the employees should work together and unite all efforts to complete the TA works of any kind safely and with high quality; the employees should enhance controls to ensure to complete the TA/R tasks with high standard, high quality and high level.
