Introduction ceremony for new college student employees was held by the Company in the morning of August 8^th.The attendances included the Chairman and President of the Company Lu Dong, Vice President Brian Ablett, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Labor Union), Yang Hongbin, General Manager of Production &Operation Liu Yanchang as well as the leaders from Process Department, Mechanical Department, the PU and COOP. The ceremony was hosted by Lei Xueqing, General Manager of Human Resource and Administration Department.

20 new employees made self-introduction with passion on the ceremony and expressed their good intentions of integrating themselves into FREP family as soon as possible and making contribution to the Company for its rapid development.

Vice President Brian Ablett said in his speech that he congratulated the new college student employees for selection of FREP since it would be glad and happy for you to work here. He provided suggestions on how to make a plan for personal development and how to complete the role transformation within a shortest period. He hoped that all new staff could work, live and grow up here happily.

The Chairman and president of the Company Lu Dong made a summary speech for the ceremony. He showed warm welcome to the new employees of 2013 and hoped them to strike and make progress on the platform of the Company and grow up to be talented people who can meet the requirements of the Company and the post as soon as possible; he also hoped the new employees to be integrated into the enterprise team within a short time and contribute to the Company for realizing the target to build a leading integrated refining and chemical enterprise in Asia. In the meantime, he gave two advices to the new employees: 1. to enhance learning and to consult with an open mind. He hoped every new person to have correct understanding on his/her work and find the position suitable for him/her at the most important stage of his/her own life; 2. To work standing on solid ground and to grow up step by step so that win-win of personal value and enterprise value can be realized.

20 new college students employees of 2013 are from Shandong University, Xi’an Shiyou University and other colleges and universities respectively who are majored in petroleum technology, industry automation and etc. Those new staff will be the fresh blood and power of the development of the Company.
