The Company held the commendation meeting on OTS stimulation operation skill competition at the exhibition hall on the morning of September 6, and Yang Hongbin, Deputy Secretary of Party committee and Labor Union Chairman, and Liu Yanchang, General Manager in charge of production and operation, as well as general managers in relevant departments, team managers and contestants attended the meeting.
      The meeting commended 1 “winning team” in 2013 OTS stimulation operation professional skill competition, 25 “skill masters” and 8 “excellent youth post experts”.
      General Manager Liu Yanchang said in his speech that, this competition co-organized by the Labor Union, Human Resources & Administration Department and Process Department was well organized and highly targeted, which was worth summarizing the experience and holding regularly and annually. He also expressed his expectation that the young employees of the Company can utilize the OTS system as much as possible to promote the business skills.
      Deputy Secretary Yang Hongbin first expressed his warm congratulations to the teams and individuals won awards in this competition on behalf of the Party committee and Labor Union of the Company. He noted that, this commendation meeting made a great difference in motivating the staff to follow the spirit of “glorious labor, noble knowledge, valuable talent, great creation”, and learn from the exemplary figure with good learning capacity and post leading talent, and further boosting the morale to carry out solid work, strive for excellence so as to accelerate the Company's pace of building Asia's leading refining and chemical integrated enterprise. Combining this competition, he shared his several harvests: first, he was so delighted to witness that, the majority of the employees have been maintaining such a strong, sincere and lovely sense of ownership; second, this competition was highly targeted and close to the actual operation for production equipment; third, the production team attached great importance and the referee was dutiful and serious; fourth, this competition was innovative and broadened the work idea of the Labor Union.
      Meanwhile, Deputy Secretary Yang Hongbin requested the Labor Union of the Company to constantly sum up experience so as to provide a platform to the employees to display their talent and skills, and hoped that, all the employees can fulfill their responsibilities in their posts, work creatively, show new performance, create new achievements, seek new results, strive for fine example, pacesetter and pioneer to make contributions in promoting the company to be an Asia's leading refining and chemical integrated enterprise.
