On December 11, Lu Dong, FREP Chairman and President, met with the delegation of CCB Fujian Branch headed by President Peng Hongming in a cordial and friendly atmosphere.

President Lu Dong extended a warm welcome to the delegates on behalf of FREP. He also briefly introduced FREP’s production and management and its overall performance in development and construction. Later, he expressed sincere gratitude to all financial institutions, including CCB, for the support and the optimal financial services that they provided for FREP in its development, construction and project financing. He indicated that the help and support that they provided in Fujian Ethylene Debottlenecking Project and 2013 TA/R would surely create larger room for bilateral cooperation. He also hoped that the two parties would further strengthen cooperation and promote mutual friendship, thus to achieve a win-win situation.

Peng Hongming also extended thanks to FREP for the years of trust and support to CCB. He said that FREP developed really well in spite of the heavy economic downturn pressure and would surely provide many business opportunities for banks. He added that both parties could seek for wider cooperation by taking use of various financial measures in more fields and CCB would give full support to the construction and development of FREP.

Joe M. Francis, General Manager of the Financial Department of the company, also attended the meeting.
