On Nov. 29, “Mr. Zhang Zhaohong’s (Model Worker) Innovation Studio” was established in warm applause, and this is the first model worker innovation studio named after employee’s name. Mr. Chen Xiaobo, secretary of FREP’s party committee, Mr. Yang Hongbin, deputy secretary of the party committee, secretary of discipline inspection commission & chairman of the labor union, and Mr. Hu Hongye, member of the party committee & general project manager of PMG, unveiled the nameplate for “Mr. Zhang Zhaohong’s (Model Worker) Innovation Studio” together, and leaders from Office of Party Committee and Union, Mechanical Dept., HR & Admin and other departments and leaders & technical experts from Instruments BT of Mechanical Dept. attended the opening ceremony.

Mr. Zhang Zhaohong is the olefin shift lead of Instruments BT of Mechanical Dept. & a senior technician. He has stuck to the front line since he took part in work for more than twenty years ago. He is a hard worker and quicker learner. He is hard-working and the production backbone of Instruments BT. He won the titles of “model worker of central enterprise” issued by SASAC (State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission), model worker of Sinopec, FREP’s ‘Top Ten Employees’ and others. For Mr. Zhang Zhaohong’s (model worker) Innovation Studio established, Mr. Zhang Zhaohong is the leader, and the members mainly consist of 8 technical experts of the first line, including one senior engineer, one engineer, two senior technicians, and two technicians of instrument discipline.

It is reported that Mr. Zhang Zhaohong (Model Worker) Innovation Studio will focus on operation of unit, improvement of process & technology, resolution of production problems & achievement of cost reduction & efficiency increase, and carry out innovation activities like technical brainstorming, technical revamp, technical cooperation and technical innovation, so that it can used as a front for innovation & problem solving, and a platform for playing a role & showing talents.
