FREP held OOP Special Session on 27^th Dec. at 15^th floor of FREP Quanzhou Office Building, studying and discussing 2013 achievements and deficiencies and 2014 key focus areas and priorities.

At the session, relevant departments including HSE, Mechanical, T&P and HR briefed on the performance of prioritized work of FREP 2013 Five Key Focus Areas, 2012 benchmarking outcome, and key points of 2014 business plan. Liu YanChang, Operation General Manager, presented the draft of 2014 key focus areas. Attendees were then broken down to three groups to respectively discuss about 2013 work achievements and issues, 2014 targets and assignments and prioritized jobs with alignment got ultimately.

Lu Dong, FREP President, chaired and concluded the meeting where he requested each department to seriously sum up 2013 work experience and set up and execute work measures in advance as per 2014 targets and assignments; to take the discussion outcomes seriously so as to further optimize the priorities of 2014 Five Key Focus Areas; to deploy work at length via the upcoming 2014 Yearly Management Conference to better define the targets, obtain alignment at all levels and secure implementation.
