All those people and things we have encountered in our life are at times like a song, light yet warm and meaningful, and at other times like a poem, soothing yet thought-provoking. Don't forget this piece of land where we have worked together, for the plants and trees and things here have witnessed our cooperation and friendship.

On the afternoon of March 17^th, FREP held the Tea Party to see Mr. Brian Ablett off and welcome Mr. Parut Chatikavanij in the cafeteria of the office building. The participants include FREP leaders---Lu Dong, Brian Ablett, Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Parut Chatikavanij, Yang Hongbin, Liu Yanchang, and Hu Hongye, as well as the general managers, deputy general managers, all production BT managers and the relevant personnel. The simple and solemn tea party was hosted by the vice president Nouraddin A. Yousuf.

FREP Chairman and President Lu Dong delivered a speech, he said, “we gathered here today and held the tea party to see Brian Ablett off. At this very moment, I am reluctant to say goodbye to Brian Ablett, just like everybody here. Now I want to express my congratulations to him for his new work and life and thank him for his contributions to FREP; meanwhile, I want to extend the warmest welcome to Mr. Parut Chatikavanij for joining our team.”

President Mr. Lu Dong gladly recalled the scenes working together with Mr. Brian Ablett in FREP. He said, “Mr. Brian Ablett joined the FREP team in the most difficult time of the construction and development of company and he established deep friendship with everyone here. His rigorous work style was very impressive. Besides the strong professional technology, he made outstanding contributions to the promotion of the safety performance, the construction of organization structure of the business team and so on, which was beneficial to greatly improve the fundamental management of the joint venture. Meanwhile, we successfully completed 2013 IE with Mr. Brian Ablett, which help the company to strive to become leading refining and petrochemical company in Asia. We will never forget the truth that he is the friend of FREP forever, and he always provides the joint venture with help and support. We really appreciate his contributions and dedication.”

At last, Mr. Lu dong said that, “we believe that the joint venture will be with more vigor and experience as the join of Mr. Parut Chatikavanij and other excellent people appointed by the shareholders; we also hope Mr. Brian Ablett may continue to concern and support the development of FREP as he always does. We welcome you to come back to FREP and FREP is always here for you forever.”

Upon leaving FREP where he has been dedicated to for more than three years, Mr. Brian Ablett said with emotion, every day worked here was filled with pleasure and delight. If there is any chance, he will certainly concern the development of FREP. He said he was full of confidence on five KFAs that FREP was focusing on. FREP was striving to become the leading refining and petrochemical company in Asia and to create a much more bright future under the strong leadership of the management layer with the guidance of President Lu Dong, with the cooperation and hard working of an excellent team of employees. Meanwhile, he extended his gratitude for the colleagues in FREP who left him with beautiful memories and said he would cherish the friendship and happiness in the work.

Mr. Parut Chatikavanij said excitedly that he was so happy to come to China and become a member of the big family of FREP. He has felt the warmth of the big family and would strive for development and growth of FREP together with OOP and all the employees of FREP.

In the tea party, President Lu Dong granted Mr. Brian Ablett with the medal of “FREP Honorary Staff”. Besides, Mr. Brian Ablett handed the “baseball bat”, standing for relay baton, to Mr. Parut Chatikavanij. The FREP leaders Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Yang Hongbin, Liu Yanchang, Hu Hongye etc. and the relevant departmental leaders also delivered speeches.

In the tea party, it was announced that after the demission of Mr. Brian Ablett, Mr. Parut Chatikavanij would take the post of vice president of company. The leaders and guests participating in the Tea Party took a group photo with Mr. Brian Ablett.
