---Activities Held by the Company to Celebrate International Working Women’s Day on March 8^th

In order to celebrate International Working Women's Day, and make the female workers to enjoy a harmonious, happy, sweet and memorable holiday, labor union held a series of activities on Mar. 8^th.

On the afternoon of March 6^th, a special fun activity to celebrate International Working Women's Day was held in basketball court in living quarters. Chen Xiaobo, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the company and Yang Hongbin, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, and Chairman of the Labor Union came to watch the game.

Secretary Chen Xiaobo delivered an impassioned speech on behalf of party committee of company. He said that, “recently, the construction of company achieved progressions, which relied heavily on female employees’ hard working and toiling sweat. Thank you for your contributions on the construction and development of company, and wish all of you a happy and healthy life, and a family full of blessedness.”

The funny activity had some competition items like keeping in step, concerted effort and mountain stream etc. In the competitions, all the participants spared no efforts and strove to be the first, and the audience burst into happy laughter and cheerful voices. With the harmony and happy atmosphere, female employees enjoyed a wonderful and unforgettable festival.

Through fierce competition, S&D Dept., comprehensive maintenance team in Mechanical Dept., PQ center in T&P Dept. were top 3 delegations.

On that morning, Deputy Secretary Yang Hongbin, with workers in Office of Party Committee and Union, visited female employees on duty in production line and extended greetings to them.

On Mar. 5^th, a female employees forum for International Working Women's Day was held by company union. Yang Hongbin, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, and Chairman of the Labor Union talked about production, security, development and life together with the representatives of the female employees and the members of the Female Employee Committee. They speak out freely and the atmosphere was warm and harmony.

Representatives put forwards many pertinent suggestions on topics like how to improve self-quality, how to play a role in operation and management of company, how to carry out the work in different female employees organizations, how to protect legal interest right etc.

Through series of activities for International Working Women's Day, everyone exchanged the feelings, improved the friendship, relax themselves and pleased the soul. The activity also further stimulated the spirit of “self-respect, self-confident, self-reliance and self-improvement” of female employees, and encouraged the female employees to work with full energy, and make more contributions to the new round development of company.
