FREP Carried out 2014 OIMS Assessment Work
In order to implement requirement of assessing and improving the operations integrity management system (OIMS) once a year, continuously promoting the security management level of company, FREP launched the 2014 OIMS assessment on schedule.
On the morning of Apr. 14th, FREP held OIMS assessment kickoff meeting, the assessment activities officially started since then. Members of assessment team, owners and administrators of OIMS elements were present at the meeting. Five members of the team were experts coming from Exxon Mobil factory, they were Sharling Ang、Jonathan Yeo、Terry Kang、Ng Soong Beng、Chan YK.
Vice President Mr. Parut Chatikavanij presided over the meeting. As the owner of assessment and modification of OIMS 11.1 as well as the leader of assessment team, Vice President Mr. Parut Chatikavanij breifly introduced the background, goal and scope of assessment, clarified the assignment of every team member and focus point of assessment.
At the meeting, Mr. Ludong, President and Chairman of FREP, delivered a speech and extended welcome to experts from Exxon Mobil to participate in the assessment of OIMS system, and stated the importance of OIMS system assessment to the company operation, emphasized that the assessment would be conducted frankly and sincerely. He pointed out that the relevant departments and all the business teams should cooperate actively. He hoped that assessment team could put forward valuable suggestions to the security work of FREP, and make the security management of the company a solid step forward.
After meeting, assessment team interviewed element owners and administrators of all elements, and planned to inspect all business teams and relevant departments, verify on-site facilities and operation situation. The time of assessment was from Apr. 14 to 24, 2014, 9 working days in total.
