On the afternoon of Apr. 11, the Second Workers Conference and Labour Union Conference of the Second Term PU Committee was held in Science and Technology Hall. Mr. Lu Dong, President and Chairman of FREP, Mr. Yang Hongbin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, Mr. Liu Yanchang, General Manager of Production and Operation were present at the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Lei Xueqing, member of standing committee of Labour Union, General Manager of HR&A Dept. conveyed the main spirit of management work conference in 2014.

The meeting reviewed and confirmed two systems “Guideline on promotion and competency model of operator and technician”, “Procedure on management of employee medical recovery”, reviewed and endorsed “Collective Contract”, “Special Collective Contract for Protection of Female Employee’s Special Rights and Interests” and “Collective Contract on Salary”.

Mr. Lu Dong, President and Chairman of FREP, and Yang Hongbin, Chairman of Labour Union, jointly signed three collective contracts, the “Collective Contract”, “Special Collective Contract for Protection of Female Employee’s Special Rights and Interests” and “Collective Contract on Salary”.

Mr. Yang Hongbin, the Chairman of Labour Union, delivered the work report themed “highlight key emphasis in work, showed achievement of labour union, and led employees to make contributions to management promotion and profit improvement”. The report reviewed 2013 work of the labour union and arranged and deployed 2014 work of labour union.

 2014 is the year to improve the management profit, it is also a critical year to turn loss into profit. Overall requirements of FREP labour union are: fully study and implement serious important speeches made on Apr. 28 and Oct. 23 by General Secretary Xi Jinping, and the spirit of 18^th CPC National Congress, 3^rd Plenum of the 18^th Communist Party of China and the 16^th Chinese labour union meeting, fulfill annual work plan of general labour union of Fujian Province and labour union of Sinopec Group. In accordance with unified arrangement and deployment of Party committee work conference and management work conference, widely mobilize employees work enthusiasm, maintain legitimate rights and interests of employees, advise era theme of labour union, strengthen concept of core value, unite and lead employees to play a role of main workforce in progression of turning loss to profit, make contribution to improvement of management and profit and build a leading integrated refining & petrochemical company in Asia.

Therefore, Chairman Yang Hongbin pointed out in the report that, first, in-depth study and implement serious important speeches made by General Secretary Xi Jinping, and the spirit of the 3^rd Plenary Session of the 18^th CPC National Congress and the 16th Chinese labour union meeting, unite and lead all employees to strive to realize the Chinese dream; second, carry out the situation and mission education in a deep-going way, lead employees to make progression in management and profit improvement year; third, propagate theme of “Chinese Dream, beautiful labour”, arouse staff's enthusiasm; fourth, continue to improve right protection mechanism of labour union, continue to build harmonious labor relationship; fifth, strengthen and improve the work style of service staff and constantly promote employees’ happiness index; sixth, take use of cultural and sport propaganda base to carry out colorful recreational and sports activities, so as to create a lively and harmonious enterprise environment.

Mr. He Qingdong, Vice Chairman of Labour Union, Director of Expenditure Review Committee, reported the labour union expenditure in 2013.

Ms. Liu Cuixia, member of standing committee of labour union, director of female employee committee, read the proposal “work hard based on our own position, make new contribution to realize the target of turning loss to profit”.

After concluding all agenda, the meeting ended successfully.
