On June 6, "2014 FREP Innovation Day" was officially kicked off. Led by Joe M. Francis, responsible person for this year's innovation day and also GM of Finance Dept., staff members for the innovation day were distributing promotion leaflets and pamphlets in the lobby of Quanzhou office building. Meanwhile a promotional video was played on the big screen in the lobby. At the same time, "FREP Innovation Day" also staged in the plant area. With the intention to strengthen communication and interaction among company employees and collect ideas and suggestions for the innovation day events via more channels, the innovation day staff passed promotion materials to employees in shuttle buses, so as to improve “Innovation Ideas” for profit improvement and better service of FREP.

In order to implement the essential guidelines of FREP’s Conference on Management Work 2014, respond to the call of the company to make 2014 a "Profit and Management Improvement Year", give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of the employees and create an atmosphere for all employees to participate in innovation to help the company recover from adverse situation, FREP kicks off the 2014 innovation campaign, starting from June 6 through Sept. 30.

 A staff from the innovation day group told our reporter, this innovation day will focus on "Profit Improvement", and the company encourages employees to come up with forward-looking and productive solutions for profit increase, cost reduction and source opening so as to tackle challenges to "Management and Profit Improvement" faced by the company, further escalate company management level, and boost company profit.
