FREP Second Leadership Training Concluded
To meet the requirements of FREP “Management and Profit Improvement” initiative, further broaden the vision of the Company’s management level, improve managerial skill and build an in-house platform for mutual study, exchange and share, the second leadership training courses were given by stages from May 15th to June 10th (employees were invited to engage in).
An action learning mode was adopted for this training activity, focusing on the recent hot spots as business operation and management phenomenon. Trainees and trainers each aired their own voices and offered advice and strategy for the production operation and scientific development of the Company. Mr. Huang Weidong, Mr. GuiGan, Mr. Xiao Yafeng, Mr. XieShihe and Mr. Cheng Haijin from UK Primeast Company were invited as the lecturers for this training. Over 300 people including functional department leads, team leads, management personnel and shift leads took the training.
During the two-day training, lecturers exchanged and shared with trainees on employee engagement, vision and mission, goal setting, incentive mechanism, taking responsibilities, etc. A rich mixture of training contents and a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere benefited the trainees a lot.
With the novel pattern of training and substantial contents, trainees took active part in it and achieved the desirable target of “learn from training and gain from learning”. Most trainees fed back that the training had great guiding significance for their future work. They picked up knowledge by such training and furthermore took the training as a platform to get to understand, learn from and exchange with one another, and thus hoped the Company would continue such training.
It is reported that FREP HR&A Department will continue to explore and practice the new pattern of “Leadership Training” on the basis of summing up this training and centering on relevant topics like management, profit, competence improvement, etc., so as to lay bricks and pave the way for the improvement of the Company’s management.
