FREP OOP held a special meeting in Quanzhou Office Building on June 9^th, summarizing 2014 KFA progress and deploying the way forward. Mr. Lu Dong, FREP Board Chairman and President, Mr. Nouraddin A. Yousuf and Mr.Parut Chatikavanij, Vice Presidents, Mr. Yang Hongbin, Deputy Party Secretary, Secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection and Trade Union Chairman, Mr. Liu Yanchang, Production General Manager, Mr. Hu Hongye, General Manager of PMG and relevant departmental heads attended this meeting. The meeting was chaired by President Mr. Lu Dong.

The meeting debriefed the progress of Five KFAs as “Safety, Reliability, Margin, Operating Expenses and People”, shared recent priority work of Process Department, optimization of crude oil procurement, full process optimization study, employee development performance assessment improvement plan, inventory analysis and so on, conducted in-depth discussions on running optimization, margin improvement, employee development, leadership, etc., and came up with concrete action plans for accelerating and more effectively breaking down and implementing specific work.

It’s requested at the meeting that relevant departments should speed up implementing 2014 KFA and priority jobs, motivate all staff to take active part in the efforts by effective face-to-face communication about scorecard, ensure accomplishment of each target and lay a solid foundation for building a leading edge integrated refining and petrochemical company in Asia.
