On November 17^th, the unveiling ceremony of Rotary equipment Team of Zhang Zhaohong Labor Model Innovation Studio was held on the first floor of the Fitter Workshop in Mechanical Department. Mr. Joost Emmen, Vice President, and Mr. Yang Hongbin, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Committee and Chairman of the Labor Union unveiled the nameplate for the team. The leaders of the Mechanical Department, Human Resources & Administration Department and Party and Union Department and other relevant technical personnel participated in the unveiling ceremony. The ceremony was chaired by Mr. Zhang Huaping, General Manager of Mechanical Department.

Mr. Zhang Ping, the team lead, introduced the recent work and the mid-term and long-term plans of the team.

Mr. Zhang Zhaohong, the director of Zhang Zhaohong Labor Model Innovation Studio, made detailed introduction from studio outlook, team introduction, innovation results and other aspects. He said that the studio would live up to the expectations of the Company management, set up high standards, stress implementation, centralize their strength, and take actions actively in the equipment weak points identification, preventive maintenance, repair and recycling and mentoring to create more benefits for the Company.

Later, a special allowance donation ceremony for Zhang Zhaohong labor models was held, and Mr. Yang Hongbin accepted the donations on behalf of the Company Labor Union.

At the meeting, Mr. Joost Emmen recognized Mr. Zhang Zhaohong’s donation of 20,000 RMB special government allowances granted by the State Council. He said that the establishment of the team was a demonstration of everyone’s enthusiasm for work, diligence in thinking, excellent summing up ability and bold practices, which brought the innovative ideas into specific work and thus improved the work efficiency.

The innovation comes from thinking. Mr. Joost Emmen expected the team to strengthen people caring and perform well the mentoring to train more innovative talents for the Company, and continuously enhance the Company’s business performance. He also shared the new overall machines and pumps operation record in history created by the Company, especially the MTPR which achieved new high.

Mr. Yang Hongbin congratulated on the establishment of the team. He said, under the guidance of the Company Party Committee and Labor Union, the Studio, started from 2013, had set up four discipline teams up to this year, which was attributed to the care and attention of Mechanical Department, the utmost promotion by Zhang Zhaohong, as well as the participation of the guides and members of all innovation work teams.

Mr. Yang Hongbin expected the studio to become an employee training school and the fortress for problems tackling. There is boundless creativity in employees. The team in each discipline should unite the passionate and dedicated employees, give full play to their initiatives and contribute to improvement of equipment reliability.

As for the donation of special allowances, Mr. Yang Hongbin pointed out that Zhang Zhaohong donated the special allowances for Employees Innovation Award, which is not only a personal behavior, but also reflected the spirit of dedication of the instrument group and Mechanical Department to regard the company as their home, and devote wholeheartedly to work. This spirit should be carried forward to form a powerful positive energy in the Company to grow in strength.

Mr. Joost Emmen, Mr. Yang Hongbin, Mr. Yuan Huadong and Mr. Zhang Huaping jointly unveiled the nameplate for the team.

The team lead Zhang Ping and members were 19 key technical personnel in Mechanical Department. Under the guidance of the studio, combined with the characteristics of the rotary equipment work, the team will solve the difficulties and issues in the production and operation and be shaped into a new force for innovation, the stage to play roles and show talent, and the fertile soil for cultivating more advanced talents.

With the work team as the platform, the majority of rotary equipment personnel will be attracted and gathered in employees’ innovation activities to form a good atmosphere of mass economic and technological innovation, train a large number of dedicated, diligent and innovative talents of knowledge and technology, which will improve the Company’s ability of independent innovation.

Mr. Zhang Zhaohong Innovation Studio has set up four teams, i.e. instrument, electric, static equipment and rotary equipment. (The Journalist)
