The Company Held the Second Term Senior Talent Appointment Ceremony


On the afternoon of February 9, the company held the second term senior talent appointment and research tasks application ceremony. Joost Emmen, Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Lin Xu and Zhao Tianxing, OOP members of the company, attended the ceremony, and issued appointment certificates and assigned research tasks for seven experts.

OOP first congratulated the seven experts on being employed as the second term of senior talents of the company. They commented that FREP was developing with the rapid development of China, and the development needed talents. The company's appointment ceremony was a specific measure to implement the project of strengthening the company with talents, a practical need to enhance the experts’ sense of responsibility and mission, stimulate their enthusiasm for work, and also an internal requirement to promote the company's high-quality development in the new era.

OOP hoped that the experts should be modest and prudent, fully aware of their responsibilities, and return the trust and cultivation of the company with innovative spirit and excellent work performance. Actively solve difficulties, and make suggestions for the company's production, operation and future development. Continuously maintain the dedication and spirit of hard work, and lead the task forces to make joint efforts towards the goals. Strengthen self development and learning, continuously improve their ability in the aspects of work, innovation and decision-making, drive and influence youth employees, build a "knowledge-based, skillful, innovative" high-quality workforce, and make “strengthening the company with talents” become a booster to promote the high-quality development of FREP in the new era.  

At the ceremony, OOP issued the appointment certificates to the seven experts.

The second term senior talents of the company are Lai Renman, an expert of Refining and Chemical Equipment Group, Xie Weidong, an expert of Refining and Chemical Group, Chen Jingtao, an expert of Refining and Chemical Group, Pan Huisheng, electrical maintenance skills expert, Wang Qingzhong, instrument maintenance skills expert, Liu Zhian, Aromatics operation expert, and Li Lin, a procurement expert.

Yuan Huadong, general manager of HR & A Department, read out the eight research tasks, including Establish Daily Report on IGCC and Asphalt Production Cost and Marginal Contribution, Hydrogen Energy Planning and Utilization, and Technical Evaluation on Implementing Overhaul of Critical Machine Sets of the Company Every Six Years.

Responsible people of T&P Department, Mechanical Department, HR& A Department, Party&Union Department of the company and other responsible personnel attended the appointment ceremony. (Xiao Wanyuan)
