Company Management Visited On Duty Employees before the Spring Festival


As the Spring Festival is approaching, on the morning of February 10, the company management, Gu Yuefeng, Joost Emmen, Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Lin Xu and Zhao Tianxing, led two groups to the production frontlines to express their regards to the employees on posts during the Spring Festival, and extend new year's greetings to everyone.

Gu Yuefeng, Nouraddin A. Yousuf and Lin Xu, the company management, visited on duty employees of Fuels-1 BT, Olefin BT, PO BT, Utilities BT, SSI, Terminal, Electrical Operation Group and other units, had a cordial conversation with them and sent out holiday gifts.

In CCR of the new plant area, Gu Yuefeng first extended new year's greetings to the on duty employees, expressed thanks to their hard work in the past year, and shook hands with them one by one. Gu Yuefeng inquired about the production and operation situation in detail, analyzed the current market situation, and encouraged the employees to keep a keen eye on the market, take initiatives, refine operations, study technologies, improve operation control ability, tap benefits and potentials of the units, produce marketable products, and contribute to quality and profitability improvement of the company.

In the office building of the new general substation, Gu Yuefeng listened to the report made by Electrical Operation Group on the cultivation of youth employees. He commented that talents were the driving force for the development of the company, especially young people, who were the future of the company. We should base ourselves on the long term development, plan early, take active actions, and do a good job in talent team construction, so as to help youth employees grow up quickly, work independently and become proficient in work.

In Terminal CCR, Gu Yuefeng inquired about the arrival and delivery of raw materials and products during the Spring Festival period, and required everyone to pay close attention to epidemic prevention and control, strictly implement prevention and control measures, and hold on to the hard won achievements in epidemic prevention and control.

In the conversation with employees of different units, Gu Yuefeng hoped that in the new year, facing a long journey with heavy tasks, we should make concerted efforts, thus the company could comprehensively enhance its competitiveness, work safely, achieve better profits, and continuously promote high-quality development. He believed that as long as we worked hard, the company would become better and the employees would be happier.

The group led by the company management Joost Emmen and Zhao Tianxing visited Product Quality Center, Fire Brigade, Fuels-2 BT, Offsites BT, Aromatics BT, EOEG BT, Fitter Group, Instrument Group, Electrical Maintenance Group and other units to express their regards to the employees. At each stop, the company management shook hands with the employees on duty one by one and sent out gifts and greeting, wished the employees and their families good health and all the best in the New Year.

In CCR of the old plant, Joost Emmen first expressed new year greetings and thanks to everyone for giving up the opportunities to reunite with their families, sticking to their posts and making contributions to the company's safe and stable production. He said that in 2020, with the joint efforts of all employees, the company focused on epidemic prevention and control, as well as the actions of meeting challenges. We withstood the severe test of the epidemic, achieved "double victories" in epidemic prevention and control and the action of meeting challenges, and achieved good performance. He expressed appreciation to all employees of the company for their efforts and contributions.

Joost Emmen stressed that in the New Year, the company was faced with a severe situation, which required everyone's efforts and support. He hoped that everyone would act proactively to face challenges, refine management, continuously optimize, and work together to create a better future for FREP.

In the fire brigade, the fire fighters were in high spirit, high morale and lined up in neat formation. Joost Emmen delivered an enthusiastic speech to the fire fighters, encouraged them to strengthen training and combat readiness, build an iron team of firefighting, enhance vigilance, take precautions, and protect production safety of the company.

At each stop, the company management shook hands and talked cordially with the on duty employees.
