On the afternoon of January 27, the company held the 2020 contractor management committee meeting and the annual summary and commendation meeting of contractors in Technology Conference Hall. Vice President Zhao Tianxing attended the meeting and presented awards to the award-winning contractors.

Zhao Tianxing congratulated the awarded contractors. He thanked the contractors for their in-depth cooperation with FREP, which strongly supported the smooth production and operation of the company and contributed to the company’s high-quality development.

Zhao Tianxing commented that safety was the foundation of development, and each contractor should further establish and improve HSE management system with higher safety management level. Strengthen field execution of safety work, define responsibilities, implement safety work from the hearts and hands of workers, and put an end to unsafe behaviors. He also made suggestions on strengthening epidemic prevention and control, making good arrangement for people resources during the Spring Festival period and caring for employees’ work and life.

General Managers of Mechanical Department and HSE Department respectively put forward requirements and comments to contractors. They hoped that contractors would make persistent efforts, pay continuous attention to safe behaviors, enhance safety leadership, perform operations in a standard and safe manner, continuously improve safety performance, and cooperate with FREP for win-win and synergetic development.

Jian Yuzhong, project manager of Nanjing Yangzi Petrochemical Maintenance & Installation Co., Ltd and the representative of main contractors, and Fang Li’an, project manager of Shucheng Tiejia Anticorrosion Engineering Co., Ltd and the representative of the auxiliary contractors, respectively made summary speeches on their work of 2020. They said that they would summarize experience, turn awards into motivation, and continue to work hard to protect the safe and stable operation of FREP.

The meeting commented on the HSE observation results, key constructions and problems identified in December, and put forward requirements. Participants watched the feature film “The Glorious Glimpse of Contractors of 2020”.

The meeting commended the outstanding contractors of 2020.

Nanjing Yangzi Petrochemical Maintenance & Installation Co., Ltd won the first prize of 2020 main contractors; China Chemical Engineering Second Construction Corporation won the second prize of main contractors; Sinopec Fifth Construction Co., Ltd and Yueyang CLPEC Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd won the third prizes of the main contractors;

Shucheng Tiejia Anticorrosion Engineering Co., Ltd. won the first prize of 2020 auxiliary contractors; Quanzhou Branch of Jiangsu Sutan Construction Co., Ltd and Bada Anticorrosion Installation Group Co., Ltd. won the second prizes of auxiliary contractors; Chaoyang No. 1 Construction &Installation General Corporation, Fuyuan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd and the Packaging Team of Ruisheng Petrochemical Industry &Commerce Co., Ltd won the third prizes of auxiliary contractors.

Huizhou Tianxin Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd won the contribution award for epidemic prevention and control of 2020. Shanghai Emerson Process Control Company, Hubei Huaxin Machinery Development Company and Xiamen Yingshengjie Power Technology Company won the specialized contractor contribution awards of 2020.
