In the afternoon of March 10, the company initiated the refresher training of Business Team concept. The company management Saleh Yahya Al Zaid, Lin Xu, Zhao Tianxing and Neo Ee Ee, as well as general managers and deputy general managers of all departments participated in the first session of the refresher training. This refresher training was one of the measures following up the company's annual work conference.

Vice president Lin Xu introduced the benchmarking positions of the company, and shared the progress and the improvement opportunities since the refresher training in 2018. The intent was to make a general introduction to the trainees about the implementation status of the Business Team structure. He also reviewed the concept, the composition, the roles and responsibilities of Business Team concept, commented on the typical wrong practices of implementing the Business Team concept, and analyzed in depth the correct practices.

Vice president Neo Ee Ee illustrated the best practices of Business Team concept using RS6C, OIMS6.1, RS6A and RS6B as examples, introduced the list of work interfaces of Business Team in detail, and clarified the roles, responsibilities and work execution of each member of the Business Team.

In the question and answer session, the attendees had a heated discussion and exchange, and shared their views and opinions from different angles.

The refresher training not only deepened the management's understanding of the Business Team concept, but also laid a good foundation for promoting communication and cooperation of all departments, better implementing Business Team concept and driving high-quality development of the company.
