In the afternoon of March 1, vice president Neo Ee Ee visited the employee production skill training base for research.

At the Base, Neo Ee Ee visited the training areas such as heating furnace, pump, compressor, general equipment, energy isolation and field operation to understand the development and the training of the Base. When she learned that the Base was built up by the employees, she expressed appreciation to the spirit of braving difficulties and encouraged the employees to cherish the hard won achievements and honors.

In terms of next step work, Neo Ee Ee required that training on safety culture and concept shall be provided in addition to operation skills training. Carry out training in combination with OIMS and RS. Add the training courses about high-risk operations.

She hoped that the Base would make persistent efforts, give full play to its advantages, combine theory training with practice training, and prepare professional and technical talents for the company.
