On September 2, the Company held the second meeting of the leadership team of the theme action of "keeping in mind the instructions, making new contributions, creating new achievements and preparing for the 20^th CPC National Congress".

Liu Xiangdong, secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company chaired the meeting. Zhao Tianxing, General Manager of the Company and deputy secretary of the Party Committee, and other Company management like Zhang Xiguo, Chen Feishan, Lin Xu, Lai Shuiming, Hong Xiaojiang and Yang Fei attended the meeting. The Deputy Chief Engineer of the Company, Safety Director and management personnel of the leading department of each working group attended the meeting.

The meeting listened to the work report of each working group and put forward requirements for the next step work.

Liu Xiangdong affirmed the accomplishments of the theme action in the previous stage, and required in next step to optimize and assess the open tasks and measures in accordance with the requirements of the "Comprehensive Inspection and Assessment in Oct." put forward by Sinopec Group, make the schedule according to the due time, and advance the work effectively to ensure timely completion up to high quality; Actions should be taken to actively respond to the impact of severe external macro environment, optimize crude (raw) oil procurement to reduce cost, maintain safe and stable operation of the units, make more efforts to expand market and increase sales, and work hard for stronger profitability.

Zhao Tianxing required to strengthen work effectiveness and make overall plan for the theme action and the annual key tasks, focus on key and difficult points, and make all out efforts to advance the work with higher sense of responsibility and stronger commitment; strengthen safe and environmental production to prepare for the successful convening of the 20^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with outstanding achievements.
