Set Sail for the Dream Journey


On September 14, the Company held the induction training summary meeting of the new hires of 2022, as well as the new hires assignment meeting in the Science and Technology Hall in the plant. It indicated the successful closure of new hires training. The responsible people of functional departments and business teams, and new hires attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the new hires in groups reported their induction training results and their experience in past more than a month. They expressed that they were honored to join the big family of FREP, and would firmly remember the knowledge learnt from the induction training then apply the results in their work. They would change their roles quickly, strengthen vocational beliefs, improve teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility, inherit and carry forward the Company's fine tradition, and contribute to the Company's production, operation and development.

At the meeting, the outstanding trainees and trainee teams of 2022 new hires induction training were awarded. The job assignment plan for the new hires was announced at the meeting.

Yuan Huadong, General Manager of HR& Admin Department, put forward expectations to the new hires about to take up their jobs, and required them to adapt to their new roles in the team, keep learning and grow as soon as possible. The new hires were expected to concentrate on their work, improve strength and shoulder new responsibilities in the new journey of growth. They were also expected to learn the Company's culture, inherit the fine tradition of the older generation, and start a new chapter of life with new goals.

The Company would provide employees a wide stage for demonstrating their strengths and realize their aspirations with great development prospects. The new hires would also work together and head on bravely with their dreams and aspirations, and contribute to build a world-class petrochemical company with sustainable competitiveness.
