The Company Held Management Competence Improvement Training


On December 17, the company held the opening ceremony of management competence improvement training in Fulian Building. Vice president Li Ji attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.

Li Ji thanked the Party School of Jiangsu Oilfield for their strong support for the Company's training. He commented that as the management backbone of the Company, the trainees of this training shouldered the responsibility of implementing all production and operation responsibilities of the Company, and was the valuable wealth and a strong driving force for development of the Company. The Company carefully prepared this training to further improve the core competence of the key employees, improve their comprehensive quality in multiple dimensions, and help them shoulder greater responsibilities and make greater achievements.

Li Ji required that the trainees to deeply consider how to enhance cohesion and form a joint force, achieve concerted resonance, and promote production and operation of the Company to move forward steadily. The trainees should cherish this rare opportunity, learn with questions, deeply communicate with the experts, summarize experience, identify gaps, find the right direction for the next step, and build a high-quality and efficient team.

Li Ji commented that the Company was currently in a rapid development stage. He hoped that the trainees would keep a future view, make continuous explorations, work hard to for higher and broader platform, integrate personal growth and progress with the Company's development and expansion, and embark on the fast track of realizing self value. In the end, he encouraged the trainees to write a wonderful new chapter of struggle, and said: "Though the road ahead is dangerous and difficult, we can only achieve our goals with constant efforts. We must press ahead with a sense of perseverance to expect a better future."

Yu Hu, the secretary of the Party Committee of the Party School of Sinopec Jiangsu Oilfield, the supplier of the training service, introduced the characteristics of the training. He said that they would adhere to the principles of targeted training, good organization and meticulous service, establish a positive class culture and a good learning atmosphere, and complete the training tasks up to high quality.

Yuan Huadong, general manager of HR & Admin Department of the Company, briefly introduced the training program and mobilized for the opening of the training.

It was learnt that the training of three days included the courses such as transformation and development of the petroleum and petrochemical industry, new energy opportunity analysis, safety leadership in production and operation, high performance team management, and ideological and political work methods. Through theoretical teaching, structured discussion, results reporting and other methods, a closed-loop learning mode of learning, thinking, practicing and understanding was established, so as to improve the training effect.
